S7 to S9 signal heard via the Lodi, New York, SDR with good audio with relatively low background noise levels ...
2250 UTC: Rapid-fire sound effects and clips of people talking, songs, and more.
2251 UTC: Man saying "When I was 10 years old, my goofy uncle ..." and then cartoon sound effects, etc.
2256 UTC: The rapid-fire sound effects and clips continue ...
2257 UTC: Now playing Halloween-appropriate scary sound effects, just like today's earlier broadcast on this frequency (https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,150982.0.html).
2301 UTC: More scary sound effects. I'm IDing this as Weird Radio, as I just got an eQSL from the earlier broadcast saying that was Weird Radio doing some testing.
2310 UTC: The signal was weakening a little as a few seconds of "Pompeii" by Bastille played, then off.
