Title: Unknown Odd Music/Data Station 15000 Khz

Is any one familiar with this station? It was on yesterday around 1130z. starts out a man talking then music to data then 5 beeps then on to more music and every so often a man comes on and says some things then on to morse code and back to music again. Oh and it was broadcast in USB.

It's "Associazione Amici di Italcable", time signals station with unclear status from Italy

They are technically a pirate. They should leave the time standardization stuff to the people who already do it. I've heard their signals off by quite a bit.
