Strong S9+ signal via the Presque Isle, Wisconsin, SDR with pretty good audio (it's a little quiet) amid static crashes and other noise as well as a little fading at times ...

0116 UTC: The American-accented host, Koa, chatted a bit into "Rooster" by Alice in Chains. I think this is a rebroadcast of yesterday's program, which got inundated by noise.
