Sign on with Black Flag "Slip It In"

Into a monolog, then off with Toynbee Radio repeated several times.

SDR recorder catch. Noted sign on at 0159 UTC with some music. Clear Toynbee ID at almost 0201 UTC. Then a monologue about something. Only on for a few minutes. Peaked at about S7 but was mostly S5 or so.
