(W)hat in (T)he (W)orld is (W)rong at WTWW? Last night they had a noisy distorted blob of over modulated audio on 9763.6 khz that drifted as low as 9754.81. On as late as 0120 but off by 0130. // 9930

For comparison to blob on 9763.6. Low audio signal. Overcomer ID at 0100:22.
Blob was also present on approx. 9680 khz at 1400 UT past1415 but gone by 1500.
