VERY very slight signal coming in on that frequency here in Denver as of 0013, not enough to be able to tell if it's this or not, but chances are that it is.

0011 on Empire MI sdr with fair S7-S9 signal, DJ talking then played "fascination" by Human League, at 0032 switched to Traverse City MI sdr with fair S7-S9 signal, various pop-rock tunes, at 0032 "867-5309 Jenny" 0058 switched back to Empire MI sdr. nice program, thanks.

S9+ signal and good audio heard via the SDR in Traverse City, Michigan, with moderate noise and slight fading at times ...
0050 UTC: "What You Give" by Tesla.
0056 UTC: Usual host talking about the just-played song and introducing the next song as a "one-hit wonder" (it really was) into the great "Walking in Memphis" by Marc Cohn.
0100 UTC: "Cliffs of Dover" by Eric Johnson.
0105 UTC: Host with ID, then "Say It Isn't So" by The Outfield. Some heavy fading at times now via the Traverse City, Michigan, SDR. I just saw the op's post about reducing power so that makes sense.
0109 UTC: Host talking about the just-played songs and giving an ID, then "Welcome to the Club" by Steve Lukather. Despite the transmitter's reduced power, the Northern Utah SDR out west here is getting an S5ish signal with weak audio.
0115 UTC: "Unsung" by Helmet.
0119 UTC: Host talking about the music more, then "Moonlighting" by Maromaro.
