Northern Relay Service, 2-7-14, *2347-0021, 6.925U, Signal in the static at S2-4 at 2347...heard morse code "N-R-S" so, i'm assuming i've got the station name correct, copy is rough ...talk of Homeland Security and some other skits.  Hearing a rant about mind control and reality at 0006.  Clips of alex jones show at 0009.  off around 0021.

2354 Hearing Sirens, followed by mx
2356 OM tx
0010 doing somewhat better now
0018 sirens, dogs barking, ment "Hour of the Time"
0020 CW ID, ID, addy
0021 off

Very weak and right at the noise floor

Not doing well in NH, Signal is S5-S6 but QRM from peskies on LSB and strong UTE on USB is killing them here

S5 here with CW and skits . Severe Pestador interference
 morse code id  e/mail and off  0021. E/mail failed
