WHYP, 2-8-14, *2215-2235*, 6.925 AM, S2 to S4 at sign-on here with rag time music.  then announcer talk with low audio levels, then rufus "tell me somethin' good." then sounds like the announcer trying to utter something then a cbc radio announcement for toronto listeners....then, another long attempt by the announcer to utter something...then he finally spits-out a bunch of temperatures.  then a woman announcer, then back to the man announcer and then more music.  qsl info at 2232 then piano tune.  occasionally up to S6 now at 2233.  off after last piano key-stroke at 2235.
