Title: Dating old antenna installation ?

Was snooping around my in-laws house (built late 30’s and noticed an old SW antenna instillation in the attic.  It’s a pair of dipoles at right angles to each other,  maybe 10-15 m total length.  Based on the insulators, etc, any guesses on how old the installation might be?(https://i.imgur.com/VXHseOl.jpeg)

The brown insulators look like they may be Bakelite, the first synthetic plastic, popular from 20's to 50's.
