All were recorded via the University of Twente WebSDR.

There has been an observed increase in S06 transmissions on 3/2/14, could this be possibly related to the Ukraine crisis?

That could be a definite possibility. Unfortunately it looks like the University of Twente WebSDR appears to be down. I haven't been to access it since yesterday.
