Receiver is the Wessex SDR (G8JNJ SDR) located in the SW UK.  QRG 3,460 kHz 3,460.0 LSB 3460.0 LSB 3.460 MHz LSB pirates bootleggers 85m band 90m band

90 meter band, the 3.4 MHz band (roughly).  3 MHz to 3.5 MHz (bottom edge of the 80 meter band).  French language, very good signals.  SIO 444 to SIO 555.  Surprisingly good SSB audio.  Likely the same guys that also hang out in the 6.6 MHz region (45 meter band).

At the moment, there do not appear to be any other pirate stations in this spectrum.  The aeronautical weather VOLMET broadcast on 3413 kHz USB - IAA Gander / Shanwick radio - Shannon Volmet ID 3.413 MHz USB very strong, very good signal with weather reports for 1900 ZULU.  Positive ID at 1920 UTC.
