Title: 2920 kHz USB Russian Language Comms 1840 UTC 09 January 2026 [G8JNJ SDR]
Post by: R4002 on January 09, 2026, 1844 UTC

Received via the UK based SDR (South West UK - G8JNJ SDR / Wessex, UK).  2920 kHz USB 2.920MHz USB Russian language calling frequency, 100 meter band / 110 meter band.  2-3 MHz band.

The marine band allocation ends at 2850 kHz 2.850 MHz, this is technically part of the 3 MHz aeronautical allocation (I think).  This chunk of spectrum seems to be a more or less "free for all" - the 1.6 MHz to 4 MHz / 1600 kHz to 4000 kHz region (including the 3500 kHz - 4000 kHz portion).
