This sounds like the same station I heard on 27 December (2025) at the top of the hour they played old jingles then gave out a web address which made no sense. I tried looking it up but came back as not known.

Announcing as Radio Europe with old pirate jingles such as ‘flashback’.
Is this a pirate?
WRTH 2025 lists Radio Piepzender as a licensed SW transmitter on 5940 khz with 200 watts. However the Radio Piepzender website does not seem to mention this frequency in their list of current or forthcoming transmissions.
Strong signal with minimal fading in North West England.
