Well, this might sound neat, except that I understand that it's illegal for the North Korean public to have radios that can tune anything but government programming stations. So, the question then is, how would you sneak-in FREQ agile receivers there? Chances are, it would be a death warrant if you did that, and hard prison labor for those that get caught with such receivers. The other 800lbs gorilla is China. They may even provide the intentional jamming of NK meant transmissions. Still, God bless this dude for wanting to do this, but just look at what he's up against. Passing contemplation. Now, back in 1985, I got to hear the 50kW 1170AM KJNP, in North Pole, AK's interior. My Uncle, SMS at Eielson AFB then, told me that at night they would broadcast towards the USSR.
