I've been hearing this around local sunset over the past days. I got some good copy today. Potential ID "Ninety Six the Voice of Kampalova" but also "Radio Fantastique". This is an RRI frequency and Romanie has been mentioned, but also Brazil. After the hour they have a theme tune which is a generic French chanson for accordion. If anyone can help me with this I'd be grateful. Martin. Birmingham UK.
