Via Wessex SDR located in the UK. South West UK 0-30 MHz SDR.
10460 kHz USB, very busy with Russian language chatter, tune in time: 1215 UTC / 1215 local time (local to the receiver). Numerous stations on frequency, some coming in at a solid S7-S9. Activity also noted on 10450 kHz USB 10.450 MHz USB, 10455 kHz USB 10.455 MHz USB (also Russian language).
Apparently 10460kHz is a calling frequency of sorts, similar to 2920 kHz USB for these guys. Russian / CIS / former USSR pirates (freebanders). 10 MHz band, 30m band intruders, 29 meter band.
