2022 QSY to 6950.  Based on the wide bandwidth, Mix Radio is a good guess.

2043 - Sitting in a park in my vehicle in Yonkers NY with a RTL V4 SDR dongle, a GPD mini laptop running SDR Console and a Compactenna SWL on the roof of the vehicle. Your signal is S5 with clean audio. Dance music being played.
2231 - At my QTH now and your signal is S9. Excellent signal!

2211 UTC:  S9+20 into my receiver in West Michigan.  Nice clear wideband SSB audio, sounds really great here.  Assuming this is Mix R.
