Title: 6650 kHz USB UNID Language Comms [Via G8JNJ SDR] 2032 UTC 18 March 2026

UNID language, not really sure...almost sounds like Russian?  Could be wrong.  Interesting frequency choice - 6.650 MHz but they're running USB, most freebanders, including the 45 meter Echo Charlie guys...usually run lower side band.
