Found this numbers station tonight about 1kHz up from a broadcast station.  Doesn't sound like anything I've ever heard before.  Can't really tell what language.  Any ideas???

This is a regular sched that S06 has been using for a few years.  0400 UTC start time every week day, 15721 kHz, USB.
