0800 weak hr/ alot of UTE QRM w/ fast "Beat type" music
really tough copy... 73,s Marcy

(may be a Euro? IDK? at times it peaks it is really strong then fades out to nil QSB)

Noted here as early as 0546 UTC on my SDR recording with music, weak at first, some peaks later on.
It faded out completely here around 0710 UTC.
