Same here in SE PA at 0306 UTC.   S8.

Spacey instrumental music.

SSTV at 0309 with ID as Radio Gallifrey.  Decent SSTV Image.

Station off after SSTV with no id. I couldn't decode the image at all, strong signal showing S9 but auto-decode wouldn't lock on the signal.

Cool, I'm glad other people heard this.  I had a very poor copy.  I heard something on the loop that was music on 6930 USB and then I heard some data.
It didn't stay on long enough for me to get to the new inverted V in the yard (cut to 6925).

Had the signal and digital noise here with about an S6.  I'm not set up to decode it.

SDR Recording catch. 0245 sign on with sweep audio tones and then Dr Who theme music.

I do not believe the SSTV images that followed were from RGI, but it is difficult to say for sure. I am posting a separate thread about them.
