Possibly Italian or Portuguese, lots of static crashing QRN on the band this evening. Listening via the G8JNJ SDR located in the South West UK. Flydog SDR. Usually the outbanders / freebanders like to use lower side band (LSB), including the nearby 3300 kHz frequency. Also there are plenty of Russian language comms slightly lower in frequency (3 MHz band).
