Very weak signal with slight modulation on the Crooked River Ranch Oregon and Stevensville Montana KiwiSDRs. Trace of a carrier direct. Modulation is there but not enough to tell what it is. Sounds like voice? Nothing on east coast SDRs. Music now at 0658 but very poor modulation I think. Spur or harmonic?
Turned out to be a harmonic if KQNT 590.
