Did not hear any station and the frequency was being jammed<sounded like the old Russian woodpecker jamming>.

The entire range from 6800 to about 6980 has been being hit very hard for me by OTHR for the last couple of weeks.  It is really bad for me from 0000 on until about 1500.  Possibly this is what you heard?
