Russian phonetic alphabet transmission using YL operator or synthesized YL voice.  SIO 222. S11a numbers station according to Priyom.org and other online references.  That site lists the time of transmissions at 1040 UTC so that tracks.

Received via the G8JNJ SDR receiver located I the South West UK (Wessex SDR receiver).

Hi.

S11a is operated by the Polish military (Służba Wywiadu Wojskowego (SWW)), not the Ruzzians.

Ruzzia is responsible for E06/G06/S06 (military secret service GRU) and E07/V07/G07/S07 (former KGB today's SVR).
