I have enjoyed, for a while now, returning home from work & tuning AIR's General Overseas Service in English on 11670 KHz & hearing their newscast & usually falling asleep to the sub continent music they play. Unfortunately that HF bully Radio Havana has taken up residence on 11670 at 21:00 UTC leaving a mere 15 minutes of AIR GOS English service. Cuba is on an additional 6 frequencies in Spanish (5040,9710,9550,9810,11840,13740) at the same time so its not like 11670 is even needed.

Yup, If AIR does make it to my neck of the woods it's usually 11.670. Used to hear their "National Channel" on 9.425 occasionally & only during the winter, but that was last winter of '12. Still a nice catch. 8)

Havana was not on 11670 yesterday so maybe Arnie realized his error & moved or just dropped this frequency.

Just hit 11670 to hear RHC, along with a 100hz het---that is apparently AIR under RHC. 2151 UTC 16 April 2014

Same here except AIR is pretty much on top of RHC. They sort of flip flop over & under each other. On Monday I could hear no AIR signal due to the strong RHC signal. Today they each seem to hold their own.
