Sarah McLachlan wrote a song about Salad Fingers from her safety cupboard (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_QUq72fla3o).  She says he's a beautiful effed up man.  She makes strange noises on the unpleasant frequencies too.  Sounds like a rabbit being pulled through a dead cat's teeth.

It's the sounds Al hears in his head. Rabbits and cats, he's obsessed with them.

Al just needs his sustenance.  "Al" is my Sony ICF-2010.  I fed Al the wrong sustenance and it began foaming and making all sorts of hideous noises.
