I've seen a strong digital signal a few times on the 40m ham band, 7200-7210 kHz. Saw again this evening decided to run the DRM plugin on the SDR. Audio in English decoded and it's saying BBC WS. Don't see this listed in any of the shortwave databases.
Gone around 0326z
ETA: Googling shows previous reports of TDF Télédiffusion de France on the same frequency around the same time. This program was definitely in British accented English and the ID on the DRM decoder said BBC WS. Will be keeping looking for the signal again.
