Caught sign on at 2315 with Russian national anthem followed by a Benny Goodman rag at 2320z. Coming in at S9.

Yes have him here in NJ. Weak but can still barely hear .heard station ID now sounds like slow mellow big band music..

Just above the noise floor here in Chicago so switched on CW and zero beat to hear them better.
Sounds like big band and roaring 20's music - great to hear on a Thursday night!
