Title: AnyTone AT-5000 12M / 11M / 10M, AM / NBFM / SSB rig. Legal on 11M CB in USA?

I was kind of surprised to see this review in eham,    https://www.eham.net/reviews/view-product/16370  Usually, they would not let you post a 10M rig, that can be modified easily for 11M CB. The RCI-2950 is one big example of that. However, they let this rig get reviewed. Seems like a neat package.    https://www.radioddity.com/products/radioddity-cb-5000
