I've been listening to this off and on for several hours. Not a pirate - some kind of data station. At times it does sound better than a lot of so-called music.

0148 S8 for the unusual data station here. I have not heard a data mode like this before.

Weird signal in western New York, almost like someone is just adjusting the knobs to get special effects.

This is from Europe, and appears to be a utility station with feedback problems.
