Carrier is not as wobbly as usual, drifting less than 1 kHz up or down
broadcast ends at 21:08 and carrier drops at 21:10
recording via Japanese remote: (sound improves after 1 minute because I engaged the noise filter and ramped up the gain.)

Carrier and modulation were the strongest I've seen
Program went for approximately 1 minute but carrier remained on and drifting after.
carrier dropped at 21:09 after drifting as high as 5491.1 kHz
Also heard via South Korea remote:
21:02-21:06 utc 3044.6 kHz

found at 21:00 utc on 3038.60 kHz with little to no modulation.
also on 5490 kHz at 21:01 utc with wobbly carrier but strong modulation.

Heard via Oita, Japan remote
5498.3 kHz at 20:58 utc
fair reception with deep fades. modulation off at 21:09 and carrier jumped up afterwards then dropped.

3044 kHz at 21:03 utc with very little modulation.
Off at 21:06
Interestingly, the stronger 5498 kHz signal was not audible or visible from South Korea.

found via Oita, Japan remote:
5496-5499 kHz at 20:59 utc
very poor with female voice occasionally rising above noise level. off at 21:09 utc
also on 3044.7 kHz at 21:00 utc with better modulation, audible at least. Male voice
off at 21:06 utc
recording from Oita remote. I switch back and forth between the 2 frequencies and engage noise filter and synch.

Heard via Japanese remote:
21:00 utc 5497.4 kHz Female voice with fairly strong and stable carrier (for them) modulation stops at 21:09 utc carrier drifts upward and drops at 21:12 utc
21:02 utc 4591.4 kHz strong carrier but extremely poor modulation (if any). They broadcasted or tested here yesterday for a minute.
21:03 utc 3035.3 kHz extremely poor modulation with female voice, it was real hard to tell. Off at 21:05 utc. It came back on for less that a minute and then dropped.

The recording is from the point that the modulation became audible and I switched to 3035 for a few seconds and then back to 5497

20:59 utc 5498.3 kHz female voice with strong carrier and modulation, relatively speaking.
modulation drops at 21:09 and carrier then wandered as high as 5500 kHz before dropping at 21:10

Via Japanese sdr:
21:01 utc 5497.4 kHz wobbling crazily up to 5498.2 kHz with poor modulation and female voice. modulation dropped at 21:09 utc and carrier at 21:10 utc.
The 5 Mhz carrier always has a low frequency hum about 110 Hz similar to some Voice of Korea broadcasts. If you zoom in on the carrier there appears to be several of them about 110 Hz apart.
also found:
in progress at 21:02 utc 3036.4 kHz also crazy wobbly carrier going up and down causing Synch detector to lose lock and whistle. Off at 21:06 utc.

21:00 utc starting on 5496.7 kHz and drifting as high as 5501 kHz
Female shouting with comparatively good signal
modulation stops at 21:09 but carrier remains and continues drifting higher until dropping at 21:13 utc

21:01 utc 5495~5499 kHz off at 21:15 utc Carrier snaked up from 5495.4 kHz to 5499.3 kHz before it stopped at 21:15 utc.
21:01 utc 3044.15 kHz off at 21:06 utc
I couldn't tell if the 3044 voice was male or female it was so weak. the 5498 frequency was even weaker than that. I can't even say for sure that there was any modulation on 5498.
