I was listening for a while and there was no ident but from the frequency being off by about 60hz, and the hap hazard way of switching and interrupting the music content I guessed it was Radio Atlantis.

This was just confirmed.

A very poor example of how to run a radio station, pirate or not.
Constant interruptions to the music with idents, email address, and thank you's for listener reports.
Cutting tracks, silence, and general poor management.

The signal is good, the modulation is good, pity about the extremely poor operation.
Even now as I type this, the music is interrupted 3 or 4 times with a second of silence each time and then an ident in the middle.
Why they cannot just wait until the end of a track to do their announcements and thank you's

It's as though they cannot hear the music being played and just randomly interrupt.

It is not an enjoyable experience!

Hi,

Thanks for the detailed feedback! 😄

We’ll take the positive part — good signal and good modulation — and try not to cry too much about the rest. 😂

We’ll definitely have a look at the interruptions and timing. Maybe our “randomly interrupt the music” button got stuck! 😜

But seriously, thanks for listening and for taking the time to give us your feedback. We’ll try to improve it — although we can’t promise we’ll become a perfectly behaved radio station.
