2AM Local time and I was listening to the Russian language broadcast of KNLS in Alaska on 9545 and was hearing this CW transmission the whole time that sounded automated, tried using Skimmer but it was mixed too much into the lower sideband and I'm not fluent in morse personally.
Very odd place in the HF bands to stick an a morse beacon so I have to wonder if it was done intentionally in a half assed attempt at jamming (thank god for notch filters) or just a government LID.
