Voice of Korea (North) via Kujang with English language service. Female announcer with the typical program of military style marching music and a few comments.  Decent signal this morning in SW Florida, SINPO 3/3/3/3/3.  Logged with AirSpy HF+ Discovery and 60ft Loop-On-Ground antenna with K-480WLA box and BHI DSP.

I caught similar on 9435 at around 1500 UTC. Migraine attack almost floored me in the middle of it though so had to turn off and go lay down.
