English was up at 0231 UT. It seems that whenever RHC does make it to the air, programming is consistently one to minutes off the mark.
Signal was good but audio was really nasty. There was no mistaking Ed Newman's voice at the start, News followed but it was largely unintelligible. Ed then did an edition of Music with a message featuring 1960s US group The Doors. He played their songs The Unknown Soldier and Light My Fire, and in that case the full 6 minute 30 second version. There seemed to be some disruption in the audio at about 0300 UT with multiple drops.
After that there was a long talk about US policy against not only Cuba, but Central and South America. Things wrapped up with an edition of Havana Portraits, that I'm certain aired a few months ago, about Ernest Hemingway.
Kriyol followed at 0331 and things stayed up well past 0415 UT
All in all, it would have been an interesting hour -- shame about the audio.

Hearing a open carrier with dead air but no Radio Havana on 11760 AM via Elizabeth City North Carolina sdr at 2317 utc. Have been listening to them for 10 years now and still do if and when they are on

Not heard them here since they had TX problems.
I could hear a faint carrier on Rebelde 5025 this morning but no copy.

RHC 15140 khz 15:01Z (10:01 CDT local) 7Oct26. with Spanish service presumably to N America but Azimuth sources state 130 degrees so something appears to be Fugazi here.

On 15140 I get a really weak faint audio I can barely hear.
11760 was just open carrier.
6000 sounds like the charlie brown parents whenever anyone talks, womp womp womp. Weak enough now on all frequencies that it doesn't splatter me from receiving stuff on nearby frequencies, thank god.
5025 Radio Rebelde a little better, still sounds like they're talking into a fan though.

11760 AM on the Prince George B.C sdr is difficult to listen to now at 0433, can hear some talking
