How to explain it. Its like an 80's keyboard making sounds.  "Beow bump. Beow-beow-beow bump. Bump buh-buh-buh bump."

I'm pretty sure it fades in and out.

Thats pretty funny, I was sure it was utility stuff. 
Thanks for the video but I didn't hear the same thing I heard the other night.
