Title: 26.975 MHz FM + 26.985 MHz FM Linked CB Repeaters System 28 October 2026
Post by: R4002 on October 28, 2026, 1036 UTC

Heard via G8JNJ SDR.   - Traffic appears to be coming out of Eastern Europe and/or Russia.  Lots of QRM, especially on 26.985 MHz.

Sounds like a simplex repeater on 26985 kHz FM (CB Channel 3 FM) is simulcasted on 26975 kHz FM (CB Channel 2 FM).  However, the traffic on 26.985 MHz / CB CH 3 is actually being repeated (heard twice).  This is quite odd.  A repeater repeating a repeater, basically.
