Loop of announcements saying Free Europe Radio, not heard any music being played yet, seems to be a freedom style announcements

Loop of announcements saying Free Europe Radio, not heard any music being played yet, I wonder if it is a station announcement loop before shows are aired?

I doubt, that there will be any show or music. This loop announcement with right wing content is running the whole day.

Patrick
