Title: 2913.4 kHz USB Russian "100 Meter Band" Activity 1900 UTC 04 November 2026

Received via G8JNJ SDR receiver located in the South West UK.

This may actually be Russian military comms.  2913.4 kHz and 2913.35 kHz seem to work best, although one of the stations may be closer to 2913.5 kHz USB.  Lots of Russian phonetic alphabet strings followed by the usual "PRIYOM"
