26875 FM coming out of Central Europe - Germany, Austria, Czech Republic and Hungary all use this same 80 channel CB radio band plan, with remote base stations (linked via the Internet), called "CB Radio Gateways".
Channels 1-40 are identical the U.S. and European CB radio channels 1-40 - with FM being the standard mode, and AM/USB/LSB being allowed.
Channels 41-80 are simply
26.565 MHz to 26.955 MHz in straight 10 kHz channel steps in normal sequence. No skipped channels, no out of sequence channel numbering.
So 26875 FM is channel 72. Okay, so as of 1321 UTC, I heard very clear indicator of a "parrot" repeater being active on this frequency. CB transmission in FM mode that was then re-transmitted with an end-of-transmission tone burst. Not sure if they're running CTCSS or DCS (many of these systems use tone squelch, 77.0 Hz, 88.5 Hz and 100.0 Hz are the most popular)
26.875 MHz FM has German and other language chatter on it, lots of key ups, end of transmission bursts and other indicators that its a signal from another frequency either being simulcasted on 26875 or its a simplex repeater on 26.875MHz.
My (likely outdated) list shows:
26.8750 MHz FM [No Tone] CSQ - Simplex Repeater - Central Europe
26.8750 MHz FM [88.5 Hz PL Tone Squelch] - Linked remote base / gateway system - Central Europe tone=88.5Hz
26.8750 MHz FM [100.0 Hz PL Tone Squelch] - Linked remote base / gateway system - Central Europe tone=100 Hz
