S9 in Kentucky.  ID @ 0048z.  Gave date as October, 1980, followed by quick wx report, and a bit of Eddie Money.  Suddenly off @ 0050z

Sounds like 2 kids just having a good time (while parents away?).  Little difficult to copy but sounded like an interview with someone, comments about a papaya drink, and a weather report.  Cute program I think I may have heard before.
