SDR recording catch.

0212 sign on with OM talking, tough copy with the static and fairly weak signal. Then I heard a tone and into some music. Dead Kennedy's it sounds like.
0216 Another song, too weak to ID.
0218 Two Scottie 1 SSTV images:

This appears to be the same station that was on 6929 at around 0231z.

After further review...

This was noticed in the waterfall, with some help from Chris.

Reporting the same details, except the later transmission was better.
