                 Australia, 9.580 & 12.065, killer signals.
1100gmt.,  BBC to Asia, 15.270, news, fair w. slight fade.
                 China R. to Asia, 13.590 & 13.720, news, fair to good signal.
1800gmt.,  R. Pilipinas to Med., 12.120, some English.
                 N. Korea to Europe, 13.760 fair & 15.245 poor.

What was the BBC/Rwanda frequency? I hear them on 13660 at 3:00z when the propagation gods smile on me.
