I also heard the unidentified station on 6925.32 kHz here in PA in the 0242-0251 UTC time period, 27 July 2014. Here's a link to my reception. First some music, then an unreadable announcement. Anyone know who this was????? Tough copy due to the weak signal and very noisy conditions. Here's the link to the video;

Extremely weak here, decent carrier but weak modulation.

Slight am signal on 6.925.4. Barely heard some mx.

Very weak on the SDR recording. Carrier, some traces of audio. That's about it.
The carrier went off at 0403.
