WHJR - Hey Joe Radio, 6925, 0051, 8.7.14. Several versions of "Hey Joe" with ID at 0054, and 0109, then off.
Fair, weakening just before s/off.

Had a faint signal in the noise. I thought it was a station doing a tune up.
