Hearing a very faint carrier with occasional audio [male] & music...
Definite music 0215z when signal peaked for a few moments...
 
Still there at 0300z, peaking again at 0400z...(seemed every 15 mins it peaked)

Otherwise right at the noise threshold here...

Perhaps I need a better antenna LOL?

FWIW I checked my SDR recording, and there was nothing at all, not even a trace of a carrier, here.

I have found someone else who heard it in Southwest Virginia...
It was on again tonight but static made it rough to make an effort, due to local thunderstorms...

Intriguing to say the least... It's clearly not EU in origin [propagation] so the plot thickens...

The hunt continues...
