I worked at Arecibo Observatory in the planetary radar group. If you have any questions about Arecibo Observatory or USRA or living in Puerto Rico feel free to ask. It's a phenomenal interdisciplinary facility involved in not only radio astronomy, but also aeronomy, atmospheric lidar, and planetary radar.

Yes, it's settled science that the effectiveness of a receiver is directly proportional to the number of knobs included.

Besides, you would have been arrested for exceeding the daily limit on chupacabras before you were there a month, D. Boone Fansome.
They're not the challenge those Sierra Sasquatches that you cut your teeth on are. Most people use throw sticks like you would for a rabbit, for chupacabra.
