No chance for ID of this one, weak signal, too much local RFI. (Thanks to Outhouse Radio op for tip.)
11/16/09, 6900 USB
Since 0308 UTC, hearing what sounds like an English language, American accent radio drama, dialog between man and woman, segue music very much like older radio dramas. Only S1-S2 signal under S3-S5 RFI here.
0326z: Soap opera style piano interlude. Off or faded afterward.
0328z: Back after brief fade out or dead air, same type of material, sounds like radio melodrama.
0351z: "...with the hatred I bear my enemies!", man's voice with chest-thumping angst. Slightly better now, continuing radio melodrama, but most dialog unintelligible due to local noise.
0358z: Off or faded out again
0403z: Back, more melodramatic music and narrative. Some pesque QRM slightly off freq.
0415z: Sounded like announcer listing cast members of radio play.
SINPO - 24131, fairly steady but weak signal, just too much local noise to ID anything.
