Found 'Old Time Radio' on a new 3194.71 kHz this morning at 0841 UTC, 6 September 2014.  It was sandwiched between WWRB and WWCR.  Here's what it looked and sounded like;

This is interesting. This could open up some interesting opportunities to more accurately identify the region or area it's broadcasting from... I believe I see an *extremely* faint line there right now at 1149 UTC.
